in hospital again... but at least I can share the good movie my friend send me
Isle of Dogs
good movie for educate us in the real life....
how human we really are compared to dog? in the real life no we are never been different from animals
also a true meaning in the movie, never agree for genocide option~
just imagine those dogs are real human and we annihilate our beloved one just because they sick ain't that inhuman? or should I say unacceptable in every single way?
the world, our world in the real life is a real heaven and hell. God create us to make it grow, make it better than what God created in the first time. But... the true fact is.... Human never evolve again... Look at us! seeing people killed in school, in hospital, in market, in their own home or even in the street, how's that make a similarity in this movie? we killing our own kind just because religion, politics, economy, envy, lust, and hatred. based from the movie in philosophy language, we are them
this is my own personal review of the movie, and I recommend this movie for all of us who want to know what others feeling in the half way across the world people struggle for survival because our own cause and even worse what have we done in our world? shark, whale heading toward river? a fish eat a bird? ain't that a sign the world has gone mad? I'd say yes, they like us, the fishes in the sea, river, and lakes they have less food to find so they may find a new chain of food chain which unmistakably other animal or like in the movie using cannibalism as the last resort. so please support people who want to change the world, don't let another people like Gandhi betrayed by his own believe in world peace. Gandhi believe we can resolve peace without violance, but in the end as in history said he killed by one of his religious fellow just because he want a peace between Pakistan and India. so how human we really are? nope I don't think so, killing people who want to lead us to peace not war that's insane.
~ thank you ~

Thanks for recommending.
But for my opinion. Nature isn't created or acknowledged anything that called"peace"
If nature want every creatures live in peace. Why the carnivorous animals exist?
Isn't obviously that ideal of Peace is something that go against nature?
But sometimes for me. Too much peace can lead people to nuts way of thinking (like what actually happened in where I live)

that's why~ in order creature to evolve it need to find peace
carnivorous exist to make a balance in the world silly if the world full of herbivorous then there will be no tree or grass left in the world
ideal of peace may be against nature but to learn to live along side one and another is that against a will of peace?
in the world where violence exist there are minority who want a peace to the people is that really wrong? I believe people in Thailand also believe in religion no? and I believe in every religion there are no support for violence movement.
also yes thank you I think you will enjoy the movie like I did

I am a student and fan of Wes Anderson, who made Isle of Dogs. His prior similar project was Fantastic Mr. Fox. He said that he made Fantastic Mr. Fox solely for the scene with the wolf in it. I conclude then that Isle of Dogs is a metaphor for how mankind treats wolves. It was written as a story about dogs because that's what most people are familiar with. But if you watch the film multiple times and pay close attention to the history of the dogs, you will realize that the story is actually about wolves and that dogs are merely their domesticated brethren.
Humans have not been kind to other species on this planet. And given that we most likely became human as a result of our interactions with wolves, we owe our very humanity to wolves, yet treat them so poorly, slaughtering them needlessly as we blame them for our own failings.
Watch it again and see if you also see that it is about wolves. Yes, it does have messages about how we treat dogs, but I think on the whole, the story really tells us that we don't treat wolves as well as they deserve from us.

wow so you the one made Isle of Dogs? great!
I know the history about dogs
dogs were came from wolfs family correct? a canine
I think its not just dogs or wolfs but also all of the species in the world~
mostly humans don't really care about other species than itself
cutting down rain forest that will endanger and possibly extinction of several animal or plant species, or easy way plastic, easy to use easy to throw away which is bad news for marine creature correct?
well some people realize the importance of world balance but mostly ignored by the majority of the world, for the easiest example a nation called United State of America is a shamed nation, a coward Commander in Chief who afraid to change the world by pulling out from Paris Climate Agreement that is one of the shameful and disgraceful move toward world environmental repair and to return the balance of the world environment by helping to reduce not just carbon footprint but also helping other species to maintain their habitat from a global warning.
From National Geographic and other channel you can see the mistake we make now will effect not a decade of future but it already happen. The evidence are quite clear if you ask your Professor about it, why do you think Tornado or Hurricane much more recent unlike in the past it can count years or month before hit in the similar region? easy answer global warming, hard-to-explain answer is the way the heat mix with cold air equal a disruption of cloud and air which create a vortex that will make a disastrous consequences.
so in conclusion, not just wolves that we need to care and respect their habitat, but all species in around the world.
I did watch it several time and I mostly agree with the movie that it is a stupid idea to get rid of dogs from our lives because the history will dictate us the reason, because they are the most loyal creature in the world toward their master. The example like the famous Hachiko or even easier to find in youtube where a dog always accompany his master and someday he waited his master to come home but he never did until his family bring the dog to see his dead master in the hospital because of a coma.

Nah, I didn't make Isle of Dogs, I just enjoyed it and all of Wes Anderson's other films.
I agree with you on all counts, but I understand things better than most because I do not believe what society says, in fact, I doubt everything society says is true. Society is a mistake we made when we decided to plow fields and settle down. We are nomadic creatures, we should be traveling, and yes, canines are our natural companions because they taught us how to be humans. And yes, we should care for all species. The problem is a human disease, a failure to acquire a necessary skill, empathy, which we learned from wolves. A lack of empathy means the person cannot develop moral reasoning and thus will be selfish, evil if you prefer to say since that's what evil really is.
The only problem is, that since that mistake was made and society is built on that mistake, society itself is a mistake. And it is a mistake that is not possible to fix.
I am preparing a ship for life at sea, a nomadic life, a more natural life for human beings. I will be on a ship so I can escape the effects of the climate change we have caused, which will cause the extinction of most life on earth unfortunately. But, by being able to travel all over the world, and being able to get into the ocean in case it does get too hot, I can ensure I survive longer than society will. And after society is gone and all the people on earth are dead, the few of us who survive will have the world to ourselves, but we will have a hell of a mess to fix.

hmm.. I believe that a bit problem too... the sea been change lately... even marine predator like shark or Grand Trivially are moving into odd food chain like sea gulls.
believe or not better face the problem than run away from it
society is not all problem, the problem is the system that ensure our "safety"
it is true we cannot trust 100% to society but learning to trust and accept differences that will make society much better no?

Not according to what I have found. Society is a mistake made a long, long time ago and which has been built upon since. Mankind is not meant to live like this. Our nature has been twisted, we have been changed from intelligent social predators into herd animals. Our very nature has been changed and we no longer even eat what we are supposed to: meat only (my diet is meat only because I am allergic/sensitive to all fruits and vegetables and grains.)
Society cannot be fixed. Society IS the problem and it must be allowed to fall as the only solution.
After all, what solutions to ANYTHING has society EVER provided that it didn't create in the first place?

And they failed because they tried to fix society. If society is the problem, trying to fix it will only make it worse.
The sad reality is that society must perish for the human species to survive. Given that we evolved intelligence to solve such problems as how to survive an ice age while naked and starving, the collapse of society is no more than an opportunity for the human species to evolve.

human to evolve... hmm... that's a bit problem because most of the people I met more into like Homer Simpsons
Ghandi killed by Hindu people because he want to make peace between two religion
Mother Theresa did succeed for your information SHE did transform Hindu society to be more friendly and most importantly because of her most of her followers abandon a Caste system which were the most selfish system in religion
and so far I think Hinduism is the most selfish religion IN THE WORLD

It’s amazing how duke and Rex can stand that close to that vile walking corpse abomination freak Domo. It’s like every canine in this movie is blind or have no sense of ugliness or hideousness. Domo probably wanted to exterminate the canines because they had a better chance of getting a girlfriend than he didn’t. It would be surprising if Domo was married (poor unfortunate souls) than again nuclear waste can do all sorts of crazy things. But seriously he gives Freddy kurger and Clive Barker nightmares. FREAK 🤮😱🤯☹️
Sorry I didn’t mean to compare them to the freak. I can only imagine how much “self esteem” Domo has. I just can’t believe spots wanted to keep his relationship with atri “perfessional” on the count of that thing. I admire atri for not passing out or vomiting after seeing Domo In the hospital. If I saw a face like domos in the hospital I would think that I died and was about to go to hell. Yes I like verbally abusing the main antagonist of this movie. At least Kobayashi showed some remorse for the attempted canine genocide. Domo had none of that sort of humanity. He was vile outside and inside. Honestly I’m a big canine lover. If I had to choose one type of canine animal to go extinct I would not be able to. 🐕❤️🐺❤️. I can’t even choose a favorite character in this movie. I see a lot of myself in Rex, I like how chief acts like a parent/ baby sitter to atri and how he developed as a character. Probably even king, boss, and duke too. Nutmeg also comes to mind. Spots of course and his family. This was a one of Wes Anderson’s finest and I enjoyed it greatly👍. I hope his next stop motion animation movie is as great as this one. To think that he was inspired by all those fun Christmas specials I would watch as a kid.
