Oh. My. Heck.
This is simply incredible.
"I'm not quite sure what happened here, but the aftermath is almost as terrifying as the creature that roams it now. Whether it's something we made, or some kind of demon... You can't argue, this is where it belongs. And now... We're in its territory."
Ohhh, this scene is so evocative I'm already getting story in my head! It's absolutely stunning! I asked for atmosphere, and you've more than delivered it here. =3
The scene is really set for the story, whatever it ends up being. The feeling of cataclysm and apocalypse is all over, from the ominous, stormy sky to the fires that continue to burn even as the ruins around them decay and become overgrown. It's an exciting sight, but one that gives me the chills. This is a picture that instantly transports me right into the middle of it. X3
And the middle of it happens to be not too far from that creature that moves forward like a predatory shadow, seeking its prey through a means only it knows. Does it sense my breath, or the fear in my veins? Does it know where I am? Is it too late to escape? I'm practically shivering thinking about it, both in imaginary fear and very real excitement. Whatever happens next is sure to be thrilling!
Gah, I really can't gush enough about this! Every detail and color is so amazing! I really like the little touches, like the wire screen in the foreground that gives the impression of the viewer trying to evade the monster!
Thank you so much for this scene! I'm so glad you enjoyed working with this creature and the environment. =3
