Devon doesn't back down from a fight, regardless of what league you're from or whatever goes on in said league! Nothing will stop him on the way to the top (assuming you know how to fight everyone on your first go but shh).
A special $40 AKB-themed commission for
Windhover ! These are now available as a way to support the development of AKB: Southpaw and AKB: Underdog , though as a disclaimer my normal commission rules still apply. If you do commission me for one of these, note that they will be kept in the same restrictions of what is already present in the games.

Considering women to be in a separate rank than men is either disrespectful or a safety precaution, as females tend to be naturally better than boxing than men due most likely to hip control. Boxing is all in the hips, and with good hip control, even if you do not work out your upper body much, can take someone down with a clean hit. In the animal kingdom, there are several species (most famously Lions) where females are the stronger of the two, and hunt instead of the males.
In the actual game itself this point is made very strongly, and is the entire reason female boxers are in the game at all. My coach was a female boxer, and female boxers were the hardest opponents I had during sparing. What a commissioner requests is not canon to the game itself or my opinion on the matter, and I even tone them down, make them more neutral, our outright reject them should I feel they go too far or show a lack of respect. This goes for male, female, and any type of opponent inbetween.
It is to my understanding that every human being, and in the case of this fantasy setting every animal in general, has the potential to be an excellent fighter, and should be treated as equals. In a boxing scenario where all sexes and genders are present, I do not feel that women should be the ones you should be worried about, but the men who must catch up to them.
