Hey! You finished it! In particular you did a great job with all those powers they're using. Somehow I get the feeling that without a little quick thinking, Samantha's gonna be toast due to the power of all those other characters. Then again, that's where her strength is.

Samantha can shrink people... automatic advantage XD
I figure in this she's probably casting that "Ray of Frost" spell(since that'd probably hamper Alex's efforts with that water attack and possibly have a stronger effect thanks to the water all around him). Since Alex manipulates water though, even if it worked to freeze him a good bit, I figure the effect wouldn't last long... but I figure it'd still leave enough time for Samantha to prep and cast another attack.

The fact that it pops into existence instantaneously means that they wouldn't know it was coming unless they succeeded in a spellcraft check to identify it and immediately started controlling it as soon as it popped up, but unless they were literally fire-elemental (I don't know if they are or not), they'd still get burned. The wall itself lasts as long as she concentrates, plus one round, so if she just cast it and started doing something else, they'd only be able to use it against her for about six seconds if they weren't killed by it first, and she could use Resist Elements that next round to protect herself against fire for a couple of minutes.
That said, it probably would -not- be her method of operating because she'd probably wind up toasting at least Damien in the process, which just wouldn't be her style. "Acceptable losses" doesn't work too well with a lawful good character, y'know.

I know Dezzy would count (or at least close enough to count) as a literal one, but I'm not sure about verace... He might, but I'm not the best one to ask for that.
Then again, I guess most of either team would rather avoid indescriminate attacks... though no idea how chaotic goods like Magi would feel about it.
