SHRINE OF OBLITERATION
Through rooms of darkness, and forboding, you descend deeper into the temple’s depths. Another room of darkness stretches before you. You feel a pulsing beneath the ground, like you sit on the precipice of a massive void. The dark closes in around you. Finally – a light appears ahead, a door. You fumble across a threshold.
The Darkness of the room is absolute.
As if you have finally found that yawning abyss, the very gate to the underworld. Here you realize is the end of your journey. You fall down as beast, overcome by that hungry void.
The desire to devour, destroy the unworthy manifests in a growing gullet, and a savage maw. Your body becomes a hybrid of monsters, the face of crocodile, the body and forelegs of a cheetah, and the hindquarters of a hippo.
You have become the AMMIT
