This was GOING to be my submission for the SOCKED! portfolio (the creation of the awesome 
- but I always had a nagging suspicion that it was too "Heresy" - like, the focus was too much on her and not the socks (the portfolio's theme)
The deadline has been moved to next year, and I thought screw it. I'm not going to let this sit unseen on my desktop forever! So I threw in a giant neon sign - it IS all about Heresy, after all, and why not take it to the extreme?
Sorry Vera, I will draw a new (and better!) pic for next year :) Can't wait!

This. Is. So. FUCKING. AWESOME. I fangirled so hard. Words cannot even describe how awesome this is. I love the neon sign, it reminds me of 50's diners or something. Those pants are ADORABLE on her figured, the details in the top are just so pretty, and her HAIR. GOD. It looks so full and soft, and that flower gives her pizazz. The socks are so girlish; it makes me go squee. And give me those shoes. Stop painting such pretty shoes, damn it D:<

Fffffffff, DAMN GUUUURL! This is awesome!! I adore the level of detail and textures, the parts that really catch my eye are the little lace on the socks, her ears and the hair! And I really love the simple neon sigh background, it works so well with the post and character! Very much love this piece!
Dude, that is fuckin hot. I like her hands and the way she has her legs positioned with her face looking at the POV. Really awesome angling and anatomy. Pity it didn't make the portfolio requirements you were aiming for but shit this is a fantastic piece.
