So I was a surfen though the internets, when I was reminded of Megatron Orgins. So I went to Alex Milnes DA page. I have only read the first of the 4 comics but he had a preview up in his gallery....
And it had... Megatron... without... his helmet...
...
That.... being said... I could NOT resist drawing a sketch to illustrate how AWESOME his "Robot hair" is.
Now to add on to what you guys already know....
I LOVE Megatron's Crest (Apparently thats what it's officially called)
He went from a bot that looked kinda meh... to something that is fantastically good looking. and all it took was the removal of his helm XD
He also makes a stunning flower :)
And it had... Megatron... without... his helmet...

I've always tended to enjoy Beast Wars' Megatron's robotic form over the original Megatron...it was, in essence, an homage, yet felt better and less blocky. They overdid it when he upgraded to dragon, but I think his first transmetal body had the right look and polish to it. And yes, the...crest, is it? It definitely looks odd. :>
