Speaking of that cat, I saw a conversation between you and Shade Koopa stating that Tuxedo Cat was never babied in the cartoons.
But was Tuxedo Cat the Mayor Cat in the Porky Pig cartoon "Paying The Piper?"
There was one gag that Porky was playing his horn to lure the mice, the Mayor Cat popped out behind a fence and yelled out: "Knock off that racket!! I've got a sick baby here!!"
When Porky protested that the Mayor Cat had no sick baby, the Mayor Cat ducked under the fence and reappearing back up with a baby bonnet on his head and saying in a high pitched voice, "He does so!!" while coughing his head off in pretending to act sick.
