SHRINE OF SPELLS

Through rooms of darkness, and forboding, you descend deeper into the temple’s depths. Another room of darkness stretches before you. You feel a pulsing beneath the ground, like you sit on the precipice of a massive void. The dark closes in around you. Finally – a light appears ahead, a door. You take the glowing door finally reaching shelter from that yawning dark.

Here, the light surrounds you, as if a spell cast to dispel the darkness of the halls still remains. The walls are covered in carvings of strange animals; twisting snakes and felines with writhing bodies, destroying demons, and guarding humans.
Their eyes glow red, and fall upon you.

The glare of those animals transfer the same power that floats in the air into your. You glow for a moment, before your neck, and abdomen elongate, twisting like the serpent-like cats in the murals. Your arms and legs become animal like, and you grow fur patterned like a snake. Your face becomes feline, with a forked tongue, and slit eyes like a snake. You have become the SERPOPARD
