Just in case you weren't tired of it yet, here's another P-Balloon Latias!
She is already yellow, so all you have to do is puff up her belly and draw a "P" on her, and ta-da! She's a P-Balloon too! :3

Okay, I'm just gonna have a bit of fun with this concept real quick...
She keeps getting more and more puffy from being attacked by more and more P-balloons until she's a mile-wide blimp, and then BANG. But unbeknownst to the locals, the effects of the P balloon now applied to her own body. So everyone within a ten-mile radius blimped up as well. Maybe some of them are smaller critters and they burst too, but the P balloon magic has now become fully contagious. So, them bursting causes some of the ones that already hadn't burst to blimp up even more until they burst. And then the ones that STILL hadn't burst would blimp up even more because of that until THEY burst, etc.
With all of the huge P-balloons bursting, the magic effect will surely reach outside of the town. So, that'll spread and spread and spread...
Of course, the magic makes them respawn, so they'll be perfectly fine. but they might respawn right into the town where everyone else is blimping up, which makes the whole thing happen all over again. The entire world in an endless cycle of blimping, bursting, respawning, blimping, bursting, etc.
P-balloon Latiases can be quite dangerous if not careful.
