One of three of Tosa's subordinates and best-friends. She is the second in command to Tosa's squad.
When she was young she was an orphan living on the streets alongside Piper & Meloni. She had
weak legs which were near paralyzed. Only getting around on a broken shopping cart Piper pushes
for her while Rayne navigated. Tosa would later find and adopt her off the streets curing her legs
befriending her as well asmaking her one of the most deadly soldiers in the Psikonian army.
Growing up Rayne would slowly develop a strong and secret admiration for her big-sister.
Vowing to do anything she could to serve and protect her and keep her happy.
