Potion Kobold, or just PK, is an NPC in a mock-up D&D activity in my Discord server. She has the ability to let you test a random potion. With a dice roll, you can determine whatever you get is good, neutral, or bad. Once the potion is discovered, you will be unable to test it again but it will appear on sale.
She's also the only re-occurring NPC. She does her business in a small tent that sort of appears everywhere in the world.
