This is Mint, he's actually a rather old char I decided to revamp
He's a good fighter who has never lost a match
His big fluffy tail grants him anti gravity and makes him light and super fast
he can move at sonic speed for a very short time, but it's only reserved as a last resort since it incapacitates him
Mint also has mechanical limbs that add super strength to him
his tail also helps with adding gravity to make his hits stronger

Mint has a pretty mild personality when not fighting
