This collar has Bisexual pride flag colors, soft fleece exterior, nylon interior, a sturdy buckle, a d-ring, a triglide for adjustments, and a little jingle bell for extra cuteness~ The collar can be extended to a max of 23", and shortened to a minimum of 16"! While it is meant for a fursuit, you should have no problem getting it to fit you out if suit as well!
