Do you have any prior experience with fursuits?
This is my fourth head I’ve ever owned but the second I’ve ever commissioned and the second head of champagne in total.

There were only a few small “issues” if you could call them that (fabric being wrinkled at the tip of one ear, a small chunk of loose foam glued to the balaclava) I didn’t let the maker know because I didn’t believe them to be noticeable problems And wasn’t upset or bothered.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Fits very comfortably as well as lightweight, I’m able to wear for long periods of time without being bothered, decent visibility for the eye shape with only a minor blind spot.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Very satisfied with the look, the maker followed the aesthetic shown in concept image. I love the big floppy ears, fluffy bangs, eye bags and airbrushing. The head is symmetrical as well as having very neat shaving on super soft fur. The head has an overall grumpy look and although it has flat eyes they are technically follow me as they do not have a pupil.

How was your concept art realized?
Exactly. The style of the head is the spitting image of the concept art.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
I am extremely satisfied with my head. Not only was the maker very kind and kept me updated often, they also kept me involved every step of the way with decisions, offering different options to complete the look I wanted. As for quality, the sewing, shape, and overall build is gorgeous and very neat. Even the price of this head was great as I was lucky enough to snag a discounted slot. I recomend this maker all the time and will continue to.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
The maker made a post about discounted slot on instagram and I privately messaged them. It was very easy.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Quick response time. Same contact entire time.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Very Profesional but also friendly as well. Both when appropriate.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Took just as long as the maker said it would. Around 3 months after payment was finished being sent. WIPS were sent about every one or two weeks


Are you happy with the product you received?
Exceeded! I am extremely happy with this head and it remains my main head. Very worth the price. The head is still in good shape and is sturdy and I believe it will stay that way for a while.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
In short everything about working with this maker was wonderful from communication, to price to quality. Can not recomend them enough! Would definetly commission again!
