I've drawn this a month or two back, swore I'd put it up when I had a profile done.
Never got to it. Sometimes I wonder if I should bother, especially when I choke on writing simple profiles. And I've been using her enough to warrant putting this picture up. Besides, I need something worthy of being outside of scraps for myself at some point.
Anyhow! Here we go, the rare move collector (and somewhat of a glutton), Alshain.

And well, it's a semi-long story which partially relates back to the origin of the name idea. Back in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness I had a smeargle named Altair who had all legendary moves. A gimmick I could use due to how every pokémon can have good stats. I liked the gimmick. Then I got the idea to get another smeargle and have it have rare non-legendary moves like pay day and such. That would be Alshain.
I always thought Altair was a pretty cool name (probably blame Bomberman 64 for that, what with their pulling star names for villains) and I decided to use a related name for Alshain. So I looked up Altair on Wikipedia. Got a whole constellation to it. Not only did I get the related name from that, I also got a last name (kinda all complicated for a name sure, but eh) and also the idea of having a bird symbol on the clothes. Kinda came out to look more like a taillow though, and there aren't any eagle pokémon I can think of, so I couldn't do that.
