This took a long time and I actually streamed it on picarto :)

For this detailed linework, if I were to make a similar piece (and took more time on the colors), I would consider it a digital painting with a simple background. Of course, the line work and detail here is all thanks to  dragonsoull, I just traced over it the best I could and added some variations of thickness for style.
