Yeah Halloween is coming very soon, so it is best to plan out your costume that you will be wearing this year. Penny has already gotten her outfit pre planed and wanted to try it on, the accessories where fun to get, the skirt wasn’t to hard to get right and the top…….lets just say its doing its best.
