One of three of Tosa's subordinates and best-friends. Piper was found as a homeless orphan
wandering the lower class ruined streets of her city along with Rayne & Meloni. She was blind
as her eyes were sick and damaged beyond recovery. Tosa would pull her off the streets and
cure her sight by giving her a new pair of cybernetic enhanced eyes which helped make her one of
the best snipers in the entire military who does not require a scope since her eyes act in place of one.
