Ensel, like Brophy, is a bonded kendavi--or slave-captive, essentially. Unfortunately, unlike Brophy, Ensel's master is not so endearing or fatherly. The two are siblings, although they are unaware of the fact, and meet only briefly during their lives. Brophy aids the efforts of the Hani IGS, while Ensel grows up to play an integral, but much less glamorous role in the Tjro IGS revolution.
