looks solid, though I have to say I'm a bigger fan of Lizard's design in Shed. Also you could cut off the last Miserable and lose nothing it completes the thought and allows Spiderman to jest in return without making it look like He's cutting the villain off mid monologue. The color scheme is nice especially in the last panel where the lizard does some nice popping off the screen with that good combination of red and green. His placement is also good, giving him the sense that he's bigger and stronger than Spiderman while Spidey's arm over top of him could suggest that even with Spiderman outmatched he's still got a trick up his sleeve to win out. All and all great composition.
