As his name suggests he has ties to the mafia, his home is Kirigakure. (Yes Im a weeb, get over it lol)
He works as a paid assassin in his spare time when he's not running the mafia behind the scenes. In being both a ninja and a mafia lord he earns alot of money from setting up schemes which he then resolves.
His alt eyes are the Armadagan, Originally the sharingan he took the eyes from one of his victims in his early days as a Shinobi. After dealing with the slaughter of his own family and repeated uses of the eye he is now able to use it with full control.
