Oh I got to work on time I was just terrified the whole ride ( was in a different city, on a bus) that I was gonna still be baked out of my brains when I had to work XD

Cats are the #1 carrier and infection vector of toxoplasmosis... which demonstrably makes rats less likely to engage prey responses when faced with evidence of a cat... and may or may not be part of the reason humanity has affinity for cats. Cats are evil and yet we love them so, even if they give us parasites. Because they are cute and we want to rub our faces against their parasite ridden bo- mother of god I've been played like a FIDDLE.
I met a stray cat on my holiday to france this year and 100% it had flees and it hung around me so much I'm almost certain I was getting bitten by them more than I was mosquito.
