Long story short: The place ran out of jobs that'd put me where I wanted to be careerwise. I got an offer I couldn't refuse in CA. It's a shame, too. There's a lot of potential but the innovative companies don't want to invest here anymore. Just the stodgy old dinosaurs and gold mining startups. If this keeps up, north Austin is going to turn into Dallas Jr. ;)
