decided to make a dutchie as one of my more personal characters (aside from my very first dutch named sketch) but anywho...onto his info.

he can manipulate light as well as absorb it through the yellow patterns along his body. when he feels threatened he crouches down and raises his tail thus fanning out his massive tail feather in a threatening display then releases one swift flash of light before darting away from whatever is scaring him. he is usually pretty calm and you can usually find him hanging around light filled areas.
