^^ Just acrylic paints. the key is using a variety of colors and wetting down the fabric so the paint spreads and pools realistically! I usually mix blue, green and brown into the reds and take a spritz bottle of water to it after i get on some paint. The globs are just pure paint. In some spots I added hair, flour and oatmeal to get chunks that looked like gristle and meat. It was super messy!
I'll have to post my bf's Dr. Frankenstein smock i made for last Halloween. It's got more green bile and other crud on it but some decent bloodstains too XD
