It isn't that Mepehori Hasakawi (Meep) doesn't know how to fight but that he is already so strong that he can easily maim or kill an opponent in single blow... a very half-hearted blow.
Unlike his older brother, Nikoburi (Neek), whose strength is the function of hyper-evolved and super developed muscles, Meep is a little power plant. His strength comes from a comparable level of energy powering his body, like having a Fighter jet's engine on a moped, as his brother's own sheer physical might. As Meep gets older his body will adjust and he will have the same general build as his brother. It is debatable if he will ever be as strong.
Meanwhile don't let Meep hit you. It WILL damage you and the immediate area.

HOLY SHIT! HE CAN BE THE NEXT GENERATION OF WALKING KILLING MACHINES OF THE COVENANT! THE HUNTERS WILL LOST THEIR JOBS :3
Random Hunter: HOLY SH*T! Oh well... I guess I'll come back to my old job in Denny's...
Also, awesome job, it would be cool if he learns how to use that energy and be able to concentrate that to create energy beams or something... yes, unfortunately, like ka-me-ha-me-ha or hadouken...
