HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Are you satisfied with how it fits you?: Very Satisfied! The head is super comfy and has a snug and appropriate fit to my head. My eyes, nose, and mouth all align up well with the suits.
How is the vision?: The vision is great! Small blindspot in the middle, where the nose is, but that was expected. I can see very well when suiting.
The head is lined with lycra-like material. It has mesh vents for the ears and good ventilation through the mouth, eyes, and ears. Head definitely gets the hottest when suiting, but with the vents and air-flow it does help with breathe-ability. I have found that when suiting for multiple hours, I do find that my eyes need a few minutes to adjust once I desuit; but this could be a general issue with eyesight and suiting.
Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Appearance of the head is perfect. Shaving is even and has amazing transitions throughout. The fur feels amazing to the touch and brushes/smooths out easily. The expression on her face is wonderful; happy and cute as I specified. Eyes are follow-me.
The inside of the ears are suppose to be pink, as shown in the second concept art, but is missing in the first. Totally fine in the outcome product! With the white long inside fur of the ears, it is be hard to see the inside fabric color anyway, be it white or pink. So I'm still thrilled with how it turned out.

BODY
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the body of the costume.
If you are reviewing armsleeves or legs/pants that are seperate from a bodysuit, your answers would also go in this section.
(Appendages, such as hands, feet, tails, etc., are discussed later.) Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Are you satisfied with how the body fits you?: Very! The body is very comfortable and easy to move around in. When I first received the suit, I wasn't sure how much stuffing should be filled for the digitigrade legs. After wearing the suit for a few cons, I now had the feel for it and ended up removing some of the stuffing I filled the legs with. This made the legs much lighter and easier to move and walk in.
Armsleeves are perfect length and width. Very comfortable feel, fit, airflow, and movement.
How is the airflow?: Since this is a 3/4th bottom suit. It does not include the upper torso portion, so the airflow is excellent. It can get a bit stuffy where the padding is but movement is good and the airflow throughout the bottoms works well. I'm super comfortable and not too hot when suiting.
When I first received the legs/bottom there was no support or way to attach/hold it up to my body. I took it upon myself to add belt loops so that I could attach the bottoms by a belt. It held up for my first time suiting and wandering around a convention. Although I did hold up a lot of extra weight (there was not a lot of time between receiving the suit and the convention, so it was a quick and hurried fix). Afterwards, I contacted the maker and discussed the issue, I shipped the bottoms back and Tunny attached their own belt loops and overalls straps. The bottoms fit much better now and its weight is well supported on my body. I believe Tunny learned from this and will apply it to any 3/4th suits in the future.

Perfect look, shaving, feel, and appearance. Symmetrical markings where needed and even added my request of blending the light and dark brown furs, instead of a straight line. Matches with the concept art well!

HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
How satisfied are you with how the hands and feet fit?: Amazing fit; they feel perfect in size and comfort. The fur on the toes and fingers were shaved down from the rest of the hand and feet to give them a toony-er look, and I love how they turned out. Super soft too.
How is the quality and durability?: All very well made. I haven't seen any issues with them so far.
What is the interior like?: The feet are lined with soft fabric-like material which keep my feet comfortable and cool. Handpaws are not lined with anything, but still comfy.

Shaving and appearance are perfect. Everything is very neat and there isn't any changes or fixes that I see of. The claws on the hands and feet are perfect in shape, position, and size. The colors of the fur and fabric are wonderful and exactly what I pictured and wanted.

TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
How satisfied are you with how the tail fits?: The tail is super plush and soft. But it is stuffed a lot, as it is pretty big in size. So it does add a lot of weight to the butt. This can cause viewers to sometimes see where the tail is attached to the suit, when suiting.
How is the quality and durability?: Wonderful; everything is sewn together nicely. All seams are tight with no sign of parting.

I wish I had a bit more say in the making of the tail. There is a bit more light brown fur than dark brown than what I would have wanted. And the stuffing in the tail makes it pretty heavy when wearing. Other than that, I love it! Great pillow.

OVERALL SATISFACTION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with the overall buying experience, including your interactions with the maker and the resulting final product. How was your concept art realized?
Did the maker require art from a specific artist?: Nope. They requested a colored reference sheet and then created their own based off of the one provided. (My concept art that I provided was very hastily and poorly made (created by myself when I just joined the fandom. Not shown.)) Tunny took it and drew the first (partial) concept art (as shown above). When I initially contacted him for a quote, I was planning to get a partial. It eventually turned into getting a 3/4ths bottom, digitigrade suit (new concept art; which is also shown above).
How did the maker interpret your concept art? Did they alter your design?: Tunny did a wonderful job interpreting my poor reference sheet while also improving it. The design was not altered. Only change was the light brown color/fur was (after discussing) changed to a lighter brown fur that Tunny had available.
How closely does the costume match your design?: Perfectly! As mentioned above, only changes would have been that the inside fabric color of the ears to change to pink instead of white and have more dark brown on the tail instead of the light brown. Other than that, the design from my concept art to Tunny's concept art to the actual suit was spot on.
How well does everything fit together and match up?
Does everything match up at the seams?: Yes! Everything is holding up very nicely. No visible gaps and no issues. Overall, the suit looks amazing and I'm very happy with it.
Does everything fit correctly?: Besides the few issues with the bottoms from earlier on, everything fits perfectly. Once we solved and added belt loops and overall straps to the bottom, it now fits and is supported well. I can easily move around in it without fearing that something will fall or move out of place.
Is this costume consistent with the maker's style?: Very. And I am very glad too. You can definitely see the improvement and growth that Tunny has made as a fursuit maker from his older suits to mine to the most recent. The reason I choose this maker was because of their playful but amazing artistic style and creativity. I am very pleased with how the suit turned out.
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I started off looking online for fursuit makers, created an Excel spreadsheet, and narrowed down the makers I liked the best. This being based on pricing, style, suit add-ons or options (such as 3/4ths, type of claws, etc.), and opening availability (when they were opening up for slots and/or quotes). Tunny was the top of my list and once I saw that they were opened for quotes, I sent in mine through a form on their website. We kept in contact through email at this time. And I made my payments through PayPal.
It was extremely easy to understand what Tunny wanted and needed for my suit. He made sure to send out example and instruction sheets on sizing measurements, DTD, etc.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Very quick and appropriate response times. I found that it usually took him 1-3 days to get back to my emails. Sometimes it was longer, but he still made sure to get back. About around the time my suit was starting to get worked on, I contacted and switched over to messaging him on Twitter instead through email. I found this much faster for communicating things, work-in-progress pictures and small fixes or questions.
How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Tunny is an awesome person and suit maker; very nice to work and communicate with. Both with professionalism but also approachable and relaxed.
You could definitely tell and see that he does get busy and can get backlogged with his suits. I knew this and planned that the process might take longer than what was projected. He made sure to let me know that he takes no deadlines, which was fine with me, but he did offer a projected time slot that the suit will be worked on. Although mine was a bit later than what was estimated; I kept track of his progress on other suits through Twitter and Trello. He has also expressed this and seems to be working to better his time management with his suit making and any side projects; and I believe he will improve in the future and figure out what best fits him.
Although I made sure to not be pushy and/or aggressive as there was no rush for completion, I did have to ask for updates and any work-in-progress pictures as my suit was being made. It would have been nice to receive more contact on his end throughout the suit creation.
How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
Quote was given in October 2015, saying that my slot would be in Spring/Summer of 2016. Tunny ended up getting backlogged from 2015 slots, that my suit ended up getting started more around Spring/Summer of 2017 instead. It was shipped at the end of July/beginning of August 2017.
Shipping was super fast and got here right away, a day or two before the convention.
Are you happy with the product you received?
Very satisfied! The suit met and passed and exceeded my expectations. The quality and work put into it is well shown, and I know that it will last a long time with proper care.
Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Overall, Tunny is an amazing person and artist to work with and I am greatly pleased with the outcome of my first fursuit. I am definitely glad that I choose him to create Five. His style and creativity shows well in all his suits and creations that he makes.
Although we had a few issues and fixes with how the bottom of the suit had to be supported, we were able to get it solved and fixed in a quick fashion; he was also polite and happy to make the changes. And I know that this helped him learn for what he would want to change and do in the future for any other 3/4th suits. As well as his getting behind on suits and some lack of updates. But I realize that we all get busy and know that he is working hard on straightening it out and improving himself. I 100% support him and would love to work with him again in the future.
I would definitely recommend Tunny to any future commissioners and/or friends. His work and quality is amazing and beautifully made. Well worth the wait.
