Jeanette Miller at the Ball
I was inspired to draw my favorite Chipette, again. This is Jeanette Miller. I adore this little brainy, clumsy, somewhat awkward girl. She reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger. I was/am very much a nerd. ...no longer clumsy or awkward, but definitely a nerd! ^_^ And I love who I am.
Anyway, I always thought that Jeanette was adorable and also beautiful. She was always comfortable in her own clothes, but every so often, she did dress up. Mostly for dances and concerts. But, since the Chipettes appeared in the early 80's, those looks wouldn't work. So, I drew her in a gown that showcase the beautiful girl that I always saw.

Oh? Yeah, the Chipettes made their debut in the 80's, I think. They were on the older animated show that aired on television from the 80's until the early 2000's? Something like that.

The background artwork in that cartoon is surprisingly good. I don't remember what the show looked like to know how it compares, but they did a good job in the movie. As far as character artwork goes, I think your version looks far better than the original
