Button polyps/Zoanthid Coral.
They come in tons of colors (blues/pinks/yellows/purples/greens) and sizes (some are as big as a half dollar)
Each little head is individual, you can slice a bunch up off the rock, plant them somewhere else, and they will grow and spread out.
