This piece features Kyla the female nevreans, and Saber the sergals. Saber is cheerfully greeting Kyla, who has just arrived riding in on her motorcycle!
With regards to the female nevreans, they were the subject of racial discrimination for a long time. For a period of time, starting when the nevrean race began living with other Eltus races in Gold Ring after they emigrated from Nevrea during the war, the nevreans did not receive equal rights and protections that sergals and agudners enjoyed. This all changed in the more modern days after RC70, where racial discrimination toward Nevreans is resolved and all three of the Eltus races were able to build a lasting friendship together. In fact, while cross-breeding hybrids is not possible, a romance between different Eltus races was permitted and was rather common!
Also, a little information on vehicles such as this motorcycle: motorcycles, as well as other cars and trucks are a common sight in the civilized areas in the modern times of planet Tal. This includes the regions of Gold Ring, Reono, and Shigu. In contrast, the isolated region of Nevrea far to the West does not utilize motorized vehicles.

Though the Eltus go through some technological advancements, they are not capable of simple flight via airplanes or other devices similar to such. Some of the people who try to create a plane. But all of them have never been successful due to environmental problems such as sandstorm and radiation, at least until RC 100.
