Finally! After all these years, I have worked on a ref sheet for one of my characters! :D
And it's for my Kobold, Max (short for Maximilian)! As the bio says, he was a human before until he got turned into a blue kobold by a super strong spell contained in magic wine. Since then he's been stuck as a small lizard (and most likely forever), and he's been trying to find a way to turn back human, or break the spell, either by using magic trinkets or crafting a potion that would revert the transformation. Unfortunately, as a human he was specialized into transmutation of metals, and not into transformative potions!
Things haven't always been easy for him. In the kingdom, kobolds are considered as pests, and he had to go through rather tough moments after the metamorphosis to both get used to his situation and body. Former friends and family have long gone cold or distant, and at the beginning it wasn't easy to get along with the other kobolds. In spite of being rather nice and friendly to him, he was convinced he'd get to turn back human soon enough and would forget about this misadventure.. Except it didn't happen, and at best, he managed to disguise himself as a human for a short duration, only to get into more troubles. Over time eventually he started getting used to his body, and accepted to give in to his new needs and instincts, rather than trying to keep acting as a human. He ended up enjoying being a kobold, and realized his life wasn't all ruined. It was just.. a big change of perspective, and he still had plenty of adventures to go through ;)

Maybe he should make a potion that causes someone to temporarily turn into a kobold or actually sell some of his potions showing people that some kobolds aren't the pests that they think of them as(though that would be pretty hard to do knowing how it's hard to have people change in what they believe in).
