This is a sorta "part 2" to a previous, showcasing Waji's abilities during certain weather and situations, here being rain/humidity. I was also experimenting with very "skimpy" clothes on her.
Anyway, rainy days and humidity make Waji swell up. This can affect her hips, arms, hands, chest... anything really. She can partially shift her mass/size around.
