I'm chinese. And all these years I've been keeping an english character for an avatar. And I've always heard about people not getting Loup right because 'he's so simple, mistakes look more obvious'.
So I figured, it's time for a little update. Been meaning to do it for a while now. A more mirror reflection of what I look like; bigger nose, eyebags, scruffiness, and coffee. This is just a rough preliminary, haven't got time to iron it out yet, squiggled with a biro and drying markers.
This doesn't mean I'm killing off the old look. If someone finds this version hard, I'm certain someone's gonna be vocal about it, there's the older alternative.
Before anyone starts wringing me for riding on O-kami's current popularity, look up 'fu dog' first.
Before anyone asks, that pinyin (NOT KANJI) means 'grove dog'.

Well there are some fans that want their artiest to be a xerox machines churning out image after image of the same ol' porn.
I think you have many more fans that will still love your work as long as you are honest with yourself and your art.

I find it a very unique and interesting look. I think what does it for me is the way that your longer fur is always in swirls, and not necessarily in ways that would seem to make sense in the manner of the way fur lies when it's thick.
It's defintely not copying anything.
Now we just need you wielding something akin to that rolling wave blade (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/215507/) but with swirls so as to match the wielder.
