Merk is Nakia's pet, a Massive kangaroo who stands at 15 feet all! kangaroos are often adoopted by mages due to their utility in acting as incredibly strong muscle, as well as and easy way to carry potions and books, though they require a lot of food to maintain. Merk is all too happy to provide such services to her owner. she can shrug off most physical attacks and has enough strength to break through a brick wall with a single punch! despite being a feral, she can understand spoken language and even answer using hand signs and sounds.
