Really? I just draw this out of my head cause I like Spips personality and this felt like something he would say. I'm still going read through some albums.

Well yeah i think. I actually searched in all the albums i posses but i didn't found it, but i'm still sure i saw in another place than here. Maybe my memory gives me tricks ? If i have to guess, i would say that line is from one of the old albums (Franquin or Fournier) rather from the more recent ones as they were starting more slowly (new ones are more "jump into action" rather than classic "introduction/event/resolution" plots).
Did you found anything by your side ?

By the way, i totally forgot to say but love your draw ! It's totally looks like its come from an album.
