This is a reference in case I or someone else ever draws Billy. Like the pictures it's based on, 
tof.fee drew it.
Nonetheless, I eventually want to draw him (or would it be myself?) more. But for now expect random art.

Personality: Laid back, but has a capacity to get angry. Strikes up conversations, but not usually first to talk. Likes to save money whenever he can. Not very expressive.
Voice: Low-ish and a bit raspy. Doesn't have much inflection while talking. (Comparison: similar to Leon Kuwata's [danganronpa] voice but half an octave lower.)
Favorite Dinner: green bean casserole (made with split pea soup) with mashed potatoes
Fetishy part: (Mild Babyfur/Diaperfur) Wears diapers to save money on plumbing and for convenience's sake (at least that's what he tells himself. Part of him just wants to kid out). He will not change them unless they're sufficiently used. In public he usually covers it with a pair of baggy shorts.
He also owns a few bibs, onesies, and other babyfur apparel which he wears around the house to relax. He also enjoys mild foodplay in the form of putting oatmeal and the like in his diaper, though he doesn't do this as often for finantial reasons.
There's also a part of him that secretly wants an udder.
Notes: His head is much more realistic looking than most other furs. Billy's blindfold doesn't impair his vision, and he refuses to explain why he wears it. Some believe he does it because of a lazy eye, but this has yet to be confirmed.In warm months he wears a tank top and shorts (though sometimes he just goes bottomless), while in cold months he wears an olive overcoat and a stocking cap.
