HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head of this suit is supremely comfortable. I've tried on about half a dozen other heads, and Art is the most comfortable. It is very roomy, there's a nice lining inside, and the vision and ventilation is excellent, again some of the best I've seen in any suit. It slips upwards a little more easily than I'd like, but that's part of the tightness balance and only happens during vigorous movement. Non-issue. It has also been very durable, showing very little to no wear or damage after extensive, sometimes somewhat rough use.

The head's look is probably my favorite part of the suit. There's some jagged-looking sections of the upper mouth near the base that don't look good from certain angles, but I've never attempted a fix or mentioned it to the maker, and it's a very minor issue I'm sure could be fixed cheaply and easily. Overall, I love the appearance and am extremely happy with how he turned out. The head is ever so slightly asymmetrical in spots, but I think just about any suit is and it's only obvious with close inspection, and is more even than I'd have expected or hoped. The shaving is done beautifully, the fur is a little rougher in texture than I'd hoped, but excellent durability and color, and probably the best option for the job. The expressiveness and look are a ton of fun, the follow-me eyes are very well done, and overall I hadn't even hoped for something this nice. Excellent work.

(Appendages, such as hands, feet, tails, etc., are discussed later.) Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The body, after the quick adjustments made upon trying it out, fits very comfortably and allows for a lot of movement. It's very easy to get on and off, and doesn't make the skin itchy or anything like that. It was a bit tight on the chest and a bit baggy on the waist when I got it, but it was my first DTD and I know I didn't do it too well, so any faults on the body I attribute to my DTD work.

Overall, decent, quality bodysuit. I'd cite the body as the weak spot of the suit, relatively speaking, particularly with the bagginess of the legs and them being hard to get over the feet in a way that's aesthetically pleasing. But it's still a minor issue, and again not something I've brought up to my maker. I wish I'd asked for a thicker fur used on the white section, but not really something that was discussed or mentioned, so I don't wanna take points off for that, it's a matter of personal preference that I didn't even imagine before ordering. The symmetry is excellent, I can't really see any difference between the sides. The fur is durable and very nice, particularly the white fur. It's easy to brush and maintain.
HANDS AND FEET
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the hands and feet of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The hands and feet are another great example of Moop's ability to make a seriously comfortable suit. The hands fit very nicely, have a full range of motion, and I have no qualms with them at all. They're getting a bit worn on the inside faster than I like, but I am constantly petting and hugging and touching everything in suit, so it's to be expected, and I'm sure eventual replacements wouldn't be a problem if needed. The interior is just the fur backing, but no jagged edges or rough spots inside means they're more than comfortable enough, never given me any irritation even after extensive use.
The feet are again extremely comfortable. They're very big and open inside, but the end result of this is they're easy to get on and didn't give me blisters or any irritation at all after 16+ hours of suiting over a 48 hour period, which is more than I can say for literally anything I've ever put on my feet. Holding up very well, no popped seams or visible wear except the underside, which is minimal and expected and completely not an issue. The interior lining is soft and very comfortable.

The hands match the concept art extremely well, and look just fine to me. Their design is just what we discussed, and I have nothing even slightly negative to say about them.
The feet tend to slide around and bounce slightly, but this again is a trade-off from the incredible comfort and I'm sure they could make less loose ones on request. The symmetry and shaving and fur feel are all similar to the rest of the suit, being very well chosen.
TAILS
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the tail(s) of the costume.Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The tail's wear is a bit imperfect, but this is due to a request from me. I've got an unattached tail, and my maker warned me that unattached tails of that size and weight will drag and stretch and expose things a little, and not look as nice. I'm glad I made this choice for partialing purposes or just wearing the tail alone at times, but getting the belt on and getting it through the hole is a bit of an ordeal and doesn't always lay/attach right, but it was basically a requested experimental style so my fault.

The actual tail looks beautiful. It's started to bunch up the stuffing at the end in recent history, but I'm sure that's a very simple fix of adding more stuffing or just shuffling about what's in there, and only happened after a long time of wear. The tail doesn't look as good as an attached one, but again this was my choice that I was advised against. I will probably get an attached tail added to the suit in the future for improved appearance and ease of getting it all on. The hole for the tail in the back of the suit is bigger than it needs to be, and exposes some underarmor/belt at the right angle, but this is again another easy fix I just need to ask the maker about.
OVERALL SATISFACTION
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with the overall buying experience, including your interactions with the maker and the resulting final product. How was your concept art realized?
The maker worked with some scattered commissions I had gotten at the time, from different artists and in different styles, and provided me with some concept art that matched what they made very well. No complaints at all here, from the chaos of the refs I had given them they created a very accurate and well-planned style for the suit.
How well does everything fit together and match up?
Overall, I'm happy with the flow of the suit. It's a bit rough in spots and from certain angles, but nobody's perfect, and the whole suit is detachable in spots for customization and partialing. I'm sure the flow would be better if it had attached paws or feet or tail, but the ability to partial is a lot of fun and he looks great in it. The arms used to be too short and would poodle frequently, but my maker added an extension and it's no longer an issue. Some tweaks of size and fur length and overlapping spots here and there could be used, and I would say it's a relative weaker point of the suit overall, but it's more than sufficient.
How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I found out about their slots opening from a twitter retweet, contacted them through twitter DMs, then through telegram. Their requirements and procedures were easy to understand and follow.
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Moop was extremely easy to keep in touch with. We switched to telegram at one point (I believe through my request), and they were always quick to answer.
How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Moop was friendly and easy to talk to through the whole process. They explained everything clearly and had excellent customer service overall. Looking back at my own messages, I feel I seem a little demanding or awkward at times and they took it all in stride.
How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I am extremely happy that I got my suit in time for MFF. It was a very close thing, there were some delays and issues along the way, but they really went the extra mile and powered through them to reach that date, even though they told me when I ordered they couldn't guarantee it.
Are you happy with the product you received?
Overall, this suit definitely exceeded my expectations and hopes. He's a breeze to wear, very cute, been holding up very well, and has no major issues at all. I expect I'll get many more years of joy out of him.
Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Moop is a stellar maker and professional. I would definitely consider them for my next suit, and I'd recommend them to just about anyone looking for a suit, especially first time suit owners. They genuinely care about their customers and the art of fursuit making, and I am very glad I picked them and they took up my offer.
