Enjoying Two Turtledoves, on the Second Day of Christmas!
The poses are a little bit unnatural, I know...but like- I wanted to get the feet in as many shots as possible. I kinda like feet...hehehe. But- seriously, you guys seemed to really like the first one! I got a lot of positive reception, and I can only hope that as the thing goes on and the consistency of a new one every evening will be able to keep up the train!
Also I dunno if you've ever seen a turtledove but they're freakin' weird. Birds are really weird animals if you stop to look at 'em. Also- Carla's antlers are a NIGHTMARE to draw from angles, so's her mouth opening. And I'm skimping out on a lot of the backgrounds here but...Well, I'm trying hard as I can. And I'm shading like I've never shaded before, which is good! Be sure to follow along for the next ten, and I...hope I won't disappoint!
