I listened to your guitars-test-submission, too, and I'll agree with everyone else here: You do write some excellent melodies.
Making sampled stringed instruments sound realistic is extremely difficult. You have to be very skilled even when using highly professional plug-ins. I'd say most of all it takes loads and loads of experience and experimenting.
I hope you keep it up and most of all: have fun! I really like these two submissions, you have some great ideas.

I agree to you. Sampled instruments can be so far to sound realistic. But I just tried to be as melodic even though using these kind of samples and basic plugins.
I'm an experienced guitar player, but I still need practice and need to learn more but sadly I don't have real physical instruments, even a keyboard. Sometimes when I am in my cousin's home I am trying his guitar and play some practice strumming but well, he doesn't let me borrow his guitar and bring it to our home, heheh. He will never do that ^v^'
