Owen works in the IT Department at Dackwill Company, a very large company manufacturing various goods. He is one of two members in the department, with the other being a husky named Liz who joins in on his escapades. He's a sarcastic fellow, and loves to pull pranks on his co-workers. He's able to jerry rig various electronics to transform others, both physically and occasionally mentally. Owen usually never keeps people transformed, and despite being a mild HR nightmare, his antics never do direct harm so he keeps his job. It helps that Owen is very specialized and practically made the software that the company uses from scratch.

This donkey likes to have fun, and usually goes out with Liz and other friends for some fun after-work parting and drinking. He loves to mess around with others and joke, he's quite the character!
