How often do you get to GM a party that is having internal issues of this proportion?
Other GM's: Have proper inter-character issues like spite and grief and greed at its roots, where beliefs might cause two characters to clash until death.
Mutant AU GM's: Well, one of my players is so large they have to watch their step so they don't accidentally kill another member of the party.
[currently] Tallest and Shortest characters in the party. With characters like these I don't even need to throw NPC's at them, they create issues all on their own.
[notice:] These doodles are quick and rough done in under an hour, I apologize for errors that might have occurred.

hah, yeah that's what happens when you random the stats.
It's a Swedish game that's been out of print for almost a decade I think, and as far as I know there is no official English translation.
The closest you get these days is the reboot Mutant: Year Zero, which is a completely different system. Canonically it is the same world, however set at what can be considered the "start" of the setting.

Mutan: Undergångens Arvtagare (translates to 'Mutant: Hairs of the Apocalypse'), sadly I don't think there is a translated version of the game but here is the source:
