Depression, anxiety, and even suicide has plagued society for quite some time now and it seems to go unnoticed. I wish more people shone a light on this because it's more serious than people let on. Even if that person won't follow through with ending themselves, always err on the side of caution and call a professional. A life is too valuable.
I was lucky enough to have wonderful friends and a caring mom and a lovely boyfriend to help me through all of the horrible things I've went through and I hope none of them forget how special they are to me.
