[commission] Gilded Dash - Skyward Drift
Some work I completed a while ago, but never got around to uploading to FA...
Commission for Gilded Dash's OC.
I was going for a more open and free feel to this one, while experimenting with some newly minted custom brushes. Overall, I feel that I succeeded, but in the future I'd like to try a more interesting pose and perspective, something with a more fisheye lens approach, or maybe wrapping the character around the center of perspective via more creative posing, etc.
Probably need to do a bunch of pony studies, too. The pose here feels a bit stiff to me
