Now this is an awesome. The idea of Inklings battling barefoot has always stuck out to me due to all the ink sticking everywhere and I love seeing it realized like this. The defeated Inkling on the ground just makes it all better. Great job!

Right! I was thinking the same thing. I feel like ya don’t see alotta barefoot inklings around. Or defeated versions on em. Didn’t know how people would take it ^^

(I know I'm commenting on something that's nearly four years old, buuut...) I really love this drawing. It makes me think about what actually happens to the losers of a match. And the scenario I keep coming back to is the losers having to present themselves to the other team. So that they may freely cover them with their ink however they please, while laughing at and making fun of them with all kinds of insults. Then the defeated get sent back to Inkopolis, and are forced to walk around sporting their opponent's ink to publicly showcase their loss.

And, this picture makes me think a lot about the final Splatfest of Splatoon 2... Like, it was the worst experiences I've ever had in the game. Never have I ever played so badly and had so many one-sided games that it felt like I couldn't even move out of the respawn area in. Couldn't win a match at all, it was an extremely frustrating experience, and I did absolutely terrible. (... But... I can't stop thinking about that experience in terms of the above scenario. So maybe.... It was actually the best? >//<)

I found this incredibly amusing as well as a pretty kinky idea! I honestly never thought anyone still thought about this post but it makes me happy you like it so much! The humiliating idea of having the loser inklings willing allowing themselves to be drenched in Rival Paint is fun

I'm glad you did, and I certainly do like it a lot! And honestly... I'm kind of glad about how badly I played in the final Splatfest. Being able to think about stuff like: What happened to my poor inkling after her failures. Getting singled out for an extra dose of humiliation because of her especially terrible performance. Serving as an example of what happens when you oppose Chaos, by publicly parading herself around, wearing a thick and thorough coating of that Chaos gold ink. Having to let the members of Chaos openly mock her and bringing shame to Order... It's so, so good! ><''
