That's one elastic kobold. I wonder if the dragon would hold up as well in the event of a blowback. :P

Unless that dragon just picked some random passer-by to inflate because she was bored.

Still hoping the kobold doesn't pop, and the dragon just lets go and watches as it deflates and flies about the room going pbbbbbbbbbbbbt~, like a real balloon. XD

Or the tables are turned and the dragon gets inflated by the kobold at the last second.

Well, it's a bit of a stereotype, but a lot of Kobolds have kleptomaniac tendancies so it may well have been trying to sneak off with something from the dragon's hoard.
It's also possible given the reputation of Chromatic dragons that it's just doing it for a laugh.

I was thinking it was one of those, leaning more to the "Dragon doing it for a laugh" than anything.
