Tiarah is known as "The One With the Mind's Eye". She appears to be blinding herself, but is a master of ranged magic attacks. The truth is that she can see perfectly due to her Zephyr Code: clairvoyance. She can even see into the hearts of her enemies to hit a low blow if she so desires. However, the real reason for blinding her eyes is because she has a passive ability that petrifies anyone who looks into them if they're not "blessed with the Will of Zephyr". This makes her self-conscious about showing her eyes to others. Though she will meet someone who will help her get past her insecurities.
