This is my first paid commission ^^ and I must say! It turned out better than I expected. I have two people to thank for the success of this song. First and foremost, Remi, who begged to hear this song and told me something was missing. When I added that something in (The drums and the extended piano solo) the song came together and this is the end result. The other person I have to thank, is Darkside Orca himself, for cheering me on and being an all-around great guy. For that, he deserves a song in which I put my heart and soul into.
Enjoy!
P.S. This song took me almost 3 months to finish due to life issues X_X

Just great! Wonderful! It was worth the wait, let me tell you! I love it. ^_^ You most certainly did a great job on this, I can clearly imagine a scene with myself in it and this song a playin'. So glad you put so much into your music, it really makes your music that much better than the rest - a lot! I'm glad I could help ya out too! ^_^ Thanks again! *dances around with you and gives a big hug*
Nifty! The first opening chords were definitely Pachelbellian. Was that intentional? I really like how that clavier-like synth becomes more...um...8-bittish for lack of a better word when the drums kick in. Overall another very beautiful song, quite apparently loaded with heart if you ask me. You do great work, and the person who bought this definitely got his money's worth. :)
I wonder if the first part was intended to sound like that Pachebel Canon song. I seriously love the part that introduced the trip-hop drum rhythm. And then that part at 2:15 (I think is subtly fantastic) reminds me of that Clubbed to Death song, which you may or may not be familiar with.
