Sorey was the first to advance, his ultimate kamui slowly wrapping him as he stood in front of the enemy, staring at him, narrowing his eyes. The enemy was struggling to get up after the salvo of attacks he had just received...but that did not stop Sorey from hearing footsteps behind him, staring out of the corner of his eyes. He then saw Vanessa come near him and stop near him, having wrapping her ultimate kamui too :

"I don't want you to fight, you're exhausted, you've used all your energy to keep him at bay so that I can touch him with my attacks"

Vanessa shook her head before looking at him :

"No, I'll stay with you no matter what, it's always promised to do everything together, including fighting, I will not leave you in front of the Lord of Calamities alone !"

Sorey's gaze became harder...to soften, a slight glimmer of sadness in his eyes :

"I don't want to lose you"
"Because you think that going to the enemy alone will allow you to get out of it ? My decision is made, I'm staying with you..."

She gently took his hand and squeezed it tightly :

"...I want to fight with you until the end"

Sorey's heart squeezed as he brought Vanessa's hand to his lips to kiss it, feeling tears come to his eyes. The two then stared at their enemies, who began to wrap in a black mist :

"We will stay together, forever"

Both of them rushed at the enemy, unsheathing their huge sword.

One of my projects that I took a long time to draw...for fear of missing it ><
But I'm still pretty proud ^^
I took the last episode of Tales of Zestiria the X, during the fight between Sorey and the Lord of Calamities Heldalf...adding Vanessa, wanting to fight with her beloved, she also wrapping the ultimate kamui.
Well...that's the result >v<
