Just a quick doodle concerning a question that has been bothering me for awhile. I've been wondering how and if the Garetta fox-centaurs that I draw could swim. I was following the "Iceberg Rule" of Seven Tenths of the item is submerged, but others suggest the Vixen would float a bit higher up in the water. Still, I think it's be a comical thing to watch as on the surface the Vixen would appear "graceful," while underneath, she's madly "dog paddling" away.

Oh, that's something I have wondered a few times too. ^_^ My guess is that if they have lungs in the lower half too then that part would tend to float at the same level of the torso. So I guess they would be forced to keep the torso bent forward, almost aligned with the lower body to float. But so far I couldn't picture the scene well enough for trying to draw it. I fear that taurs might not be very good swimmers...
